OUR IDEA

The ACTION LABs for EUSAIR ETC Managing Authorities (MAs) is a concrete step to put embedding into practice (and into programs) by connecting experiences, frameworks, needs, and procedures. It's one of the activities within the EUSAIR Facility Point and the EUSAIR Stakeholders' Platform.

The overall objective of the Action Labs is to share information and co-create embedding solutions by working in groups and networking so to bring MAs to think critically and work collaboratively.

THE METHOD

Action Learning approach is a process of insightful questioning and reflective listening. It tackles problems through a process of first asking questions to clarify the exact nature of the problem, reflecting and identifying possible solutions, and only then taking action. Questions build group dialogue and cohesiveness, generate innovative and systems thinking, and enhance learning results.

GOAL

Start an experimental path of exchange and collaboration between programmes on embedding and future implementation of the EUSAIR flagships by:

Promoting knowledge on 2014-2020 projects exclusively on four pre- identified flagships.

Clarifying how to refer to the flagships in the operational programmes;

Identify cross-references in different operational programs to contribute to the embedding of the EUSAIR into EU ETC programmes.

WORKING TOOLS

The working groups will have at disposal several activities such as:

  • Thematic insights

  • Data policy brief

  • Sharing of projcet experiences and institutional best practices

  • Experimental activities and brainstorming workshops.

Working flow will be composed by following sections:

Kick off phase: definition of thematic groups and their setting up

Implementing phase: grousp activities, revision and presentation
